Every week our chef creates a new tasting menu, according to the flagship product of the month, specially for you to discover and taste some of our specialties at an attractive price. An example of a tasting menu would be:
Figs topped with goat cheese and "mache" salad Sea bass with of figs layers and saffron and orange "velouté" Beef medallion with fig sauce and bread pudding Spicy integral biscuit, fig jam, walnut milk mousse and mascarpone ice cream 33€ VAT included
