Gastronomic Tour en Miniature
Tapas, Pintxos and Petiscos is the name of Starwood's new culinary program. 14 chefs from 14 hotels in Spain and Portugal met in March to participate in a pioneering initiative. A clear commitment to export the "tapa"culture to the rest of the world. From the 14 tapas submitted, four were awarded by a multidisciplinary jury.
